Another crazy, right-wing bigot idea

As I've said many times before, there isn't anything particularly horrible about Islam per se, and in my opinion, it's in fact superior to most of the religions humans have followed over the centuries. So it's not a question of judging Islam, it's a question of judging compatibility. And, clearly, Islam is not compatible with Western civilization. Simple as that, really. Intrinsic in Islam, as far as I can tell, is an insistence on an Islamic polity, often if not always centered on Sharia law. I'm well aware that regimes in some Muslim countries over the years have attempted to avoid Sharia, minimize the influence of the clergy, and create a secular order patterned on the West. Turkey is a good example of this. But that seems to be going away, for a multitude of reasons. Despite all the blather about "moderate Muslims," they seem to be very much in the minority and are losing influence all the time.

When things are incompatible, you have trouble. The way to avoid trouble is to either repress or destroy one or more of the incompatible things. That's trouble of another kind. Another, better way is to separate the things so they don't interfere with one another. Nobody explains this better than Steve Sailer. Give this a click:

  1. Very interesting article. I linked to you here.

  2. It's so simple a caveman can do it.
