Greg Gutfeld on Jim Carrey

I heard this last night and headed straight for the net this morning because I was sure I'd find the clip.  Disclaimer:  I'm not as enthusiastic as Gutfeld is abouts Heston's early involvement with the 'civil rights' movement, but I understand and (of course) agree with his sentiments, which really seem sincere.  Enjoy, and spread the URL around.  Full story HERE.

  1. Oy, I'm just as annoyed by the Jim Carrey thing, but this sounds like a Mad Libs liberal outrage, with the fill-in-the-blanks cut-and-pasted from the Conservative rap-book.

I can tell how ridiculous this sounds to the Liberals watching it, and it doesn't really give us anything legitimate to be angry about - aside from the refusal to speak out on gangs, but note that he doesn't elaborate *why* he didn't speak out on gangs, thus falling into the same trap and Carrey himself.

  2. Hm. Maybe. But he sounded totally sincere to me, which is why I posted it.

  3. I repeat, Mr. Carey doesn't get that most people who own guns do so to keep their kids safe. Of course we won't bend to let go of them.
Mr. Carey is an orifice that frequently expels biologically produced methane mixed with mephitic components. He needs to stop confusing his explosions with intelligent discourse.

  4. And of course we all know the real reason why the NRA was set up?
