Well, we've been wondering why public education is so crummy, and now, thanks the the Smartest President Ever, we now know that the problem is inadequate civil rights enforcement. But now Obama will FIX it.
Students think tuition is too high. Okay. How about cutting college costs by eliminating all departments (and their staff) whose names end with "studies"? Women's, Black, Chicano, queer, etc. Save a bundle.
